Pierre Computer Company, Inc. ("Pierre") may engage certain third-party service providers to assist in delivering the Code Storage Services ("Subprocessors"). Any terms used but not defined on this page have the meaning assigned to them in the Pierre Data Processing Addendum ("DPA").
Pierre requires all Subprocessors to be bound by written agreements that obligate them to process Personal Data solely for the purpose of providing services to Pierre and only in accordance with Pierre's documented instructions and commitments to Customers and End Users.
