CONTACT

Code Storage is built and operated by Pierre Computer Company, Inc.. Every address below is read by a real person, so pick the one that matches what you need and skip the rest.

Product support

Email support@pierre.co about anything touching a running deployment: repositories and branches, the HTTP API, the SDKs, Git protocol errors, imports and GitHub sync, webhooks, usage and invoices.

You will get a faster answer if the first message includes:

  • Your organization identifier — the {org} in https://api.{org}.code.storage/api.
  • The repository name, when the problem is scoped to one.
  • The method and path of the failing request, plus the response body. API errors are RFC 9457 problem details, and the detail field usually names the cause outright.
  • What you expected to happen instead.

Starter plans include email support and the community Slack and Discord. Standard plans add 24/7 support and a private Slack or Discord channel with us — open it from Create Slack channel in the dashboard sidebar and we will email you an invite. The Service Level Agreement sets out the availability commitment and how to claim a credit against it.

Sales and enterprise

Email support@pierre.co for volume pricing, single-tenant and self-managed deployments, SSO, security questionnaires, data processing agreements, and purchase orders or other procurement paperwork. Published plans and a usage calculator are on the pricing page.

Documentation

The documentation lives at code.storage/docs — getting started, guides, the SDK reference, and a generated page for every HTTP API endpoint. Every page has a Markdown twin for agents and scripts: append .md to the URL, or send Accept: text/markdown.

If a page is wrong, out of date, or quietly missing the thing you came for, send the URL to support@pierre.co. Documentation corrections go to the same inbox as support — we would rather fix the page once than answer the same question twice.

Code and updates

Our open source work is on GitHub at github.com/pierrecomputer. Releases and product changes are written up in the changelog, and we post shorter updates and memes on X.

The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how to exercise your privacy rights. Customers processing personal data through Code Storage should read the Data Processing Addendum and the current sub-processor list; use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service. Privacy and legal requests go to pierre@pierre.co, which is the address the Privacy Policy publishes.
